Whilst the Divorce ends the marriage itself, a Clean Break Order ends all financial ties to the marriage. The Clean Break Order means that the parties to the divorce will have no financial ties once the Order is implemented and it enables parties to move forward financially independent from each other. The Order also protects parties from future financial claims being made against them by the other.

Financial Consent Order
