Our Fully Managed Divorce Services for Individuals are for those who are looking to start the Divorce process or who have been served with Divorce Papers.
Our Divorce Services for Individuals are fixed fee services with the fee quoted being the only amount you will pay to us. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Our Fully Managed Divorce Service is suited to those who wish to divorce quickly and easily whilst benefiting from the peace of mind that your case and related Court submissions are being handled by experts.
This service is suitable for:

Those who wish to start the Divorce process.

Those who have been served with Divorce papers.

Have no jointly held marital assets such as a home, joint bank accounts or other property and possessions.

No children under the age of 16 years old.
This service includes the preparation, drafting and filing of your Divorce Application. Your personal Divorce Consultant will take care of all necessary Court correspondence for you and will ensure that all the required Court submissions are dealt with when due to ensure that your Divorce concludes as quickly as possible.

Clean Break Order

This Fully Managed Divorce and Clean Break Order Service includes all of the features of our standard level service (see above package) but comes with the added security of a Clean Break Order which protects you from any future financial claim being made against you by your ex.
A Clean Break Order is an important consideration as many believe that the finalisation of a Divorce severs all ties from the relationship. This is not the case and case law has shown that without a Clean Break Order being in place, should one party see a significant change in their financial position, a claim may be made against those finances by the other party to the marriage regardless of the time that has passed.
We would always suggest that serious consideration be given to ensuring that a Clean Break Order is in place.

Jointly owned assets to the marriage such as the marital home, joint bank accounts or other property.

You must have already agreed with your ex partner how you are going to divide any jointly owned assets.
Our Fully Managed Divorce and Consent Order Service comes with all the features of our standard Fully Managed Divorce Service and also includes a Court approved Consent Order that deals with the formal separation of the marital assets.
In addition to managing your Divorce, your personal Divorce Consultant will liaise with your ex and/ or their legal representative to protect your position, to reach agreement in respect of any assets and prepare and draft an Order for the approval of the Court.
This Fully Managed Divorce and Consent Order Service will save you up to £4,000 when compared to a local Divorce Solicitor.

Our Fully Managed Divorce and Contested Financial Settlement Service comes with all the features of our standard Fully Managed Divorce Service and also includes the management of your contested financial Court proceedings. Not all financial settlements can be resolved amicably but when this is the case you need not spend thousands of pounds on spiralling legal costs.
