Fully Managed Divorce Service

Our standard level Divorce Service is suited to those who wish to get Divorced quickly and easily whilst benefiting from the peace of mind that your case and related Court submissions are being handled by experts.

 

This service is suitable for:

 

  • Those who wish to start the Divorce process. 

  • Those who have been served with Divorce papers. 

  • Have no jointly held marital assets such as a home, joint bank accounts or other property and possessions.

  • No children under the age of 16 years old.

This service includes the preparation, drafting and filing of your Divorce Application. Your personal Divorce Consultant will take care of all necessary Court correspondence for you and will ensure that all the required Court submissions are dealt with when due to ensure that your Divorce concludes as quickly as possible.

This Fully Managed Divorce Service will save you up to £1,500 when compared to a local Divorce Solicitor.

The total cost of Divorcing using this service? 

  • £349 for our work (instalment options are available). 

  • £593 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court once your application is made.

Fully Managed Divorce &
Clean Break Order 
£599

This Fully Managed Divorce and Clean Break Order Service includes all of the features of our standard level service (see above package) but comes with the added security of a Clean Break Order which protects you from any future financial claim being made against you by your ex. 

​

A Clean Break Order is an important consideration as many believe that the finalisation of a Divorce severs all ties from the relationship. This is not the case and case law has shown that without a Clean Break Order being in place, should one party see a significant change in their financial position, a claim may be made against those finances by the other party to the marriage regardless of the time that has passed. 

​

We would always suggest that serious consideration be given to ensuring that a Clean Break Order is in place. 

​

This Fully Managed Divorce Service and Clean Break Order Service will save you up to £3,500 when compared to a local Divorce Solicitor.

The total cost of Divorcing using this service? 

  • £599 for our work (instalment options are available). 

  • £593 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court once your application is made. 

  • £53 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court for your Clean Break Order Application.

Fully Managed Divorce

Consent Order

This service is for those looking to Divorce and who have:

 

  • Jointly owned assets to the marriage such as the marital home, joint bank accounts or other property.

  • You must have already agreed with your ex partner how you are going to divide any jointly owned assets.

​

Our Fully Managed Divorce and Consent Order Service comes with all the features of our standard Fully Managed Divorce Service and also includes a Court approved Consent Order that deals with the formal separation of the marital assets. 

​

In addition to managing your Divorce, your personal Divorce Consultant will liaise with your ex and/ or their legal representative to protect your position, to reach agreement in respect of any assets and prepare and draft an Order for the approval of the Court. 

​

This Fully Managed Divorce and Consent Order Service will save you up to £4,000 when compared to a local Divorce Solicitor.

The total cost of Divorcing using this service? 

  • £899 for our work (instalment options are available). 

  • £593 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court once your application is made. 

  • £53 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court for your Consent Order Application.

*Please note that if you have not already agreed with your ex partner as to how your jointly owned assets will be divided, you will require a Fully Managed Divorce & Contested Financial Settlement Package as can be seen below.

Contested Financial Settlement

This service is for those looking to Divorce and who have:

 

  • Jointly owned assets to the marriage such as the marital home, joint bank accounts or other property but where agreement cannot be reached amicably between parties. 

​

Our Fully Managed Divorce and Contested Financial Settlement Service comes with all the features of our standard Fully Managed Divorce Service and also includes the management of your contested financial Court proceedings. Not all financial settlements can be resolved amicably but when this is the case you need not spend thousands of pounds on spiralling legal costs.  

​

This Fully Managed Divorce and Contested Financial Settlement will save you up to £20,000 when compared to a local Divorce Solicitor.

The total cost of Divorcing using this service? 

  • £1699 for our work (instalment options are available). 

  • £593 Standard Court Fee for the Divorce, which is payable directly to the Court once your application is made. 

  • £275 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court to make your application for a Financial Order

  • POA Barrister Fee - we work with highly experienced Counsel who are experts in their field and we will assist you in sourcing the most appropriate Barrister for your case.
