Our Couples Services are best suited to those who wish to Divorce or Separate amicably, with the focus being on assuring the best possible outcome for you both.

What are the benefits of you both using the same provider?​

  • It is a far more efficient process. This is because you will not have chosen to be represented by different legal teams. Having two separate legal representatives will almost certainly slow down the progress of your divorce due to more people having to communicate with each other on your behalf and having to rely on your spouses representative to be as efficient in moving matters forward as we are.

  • Cost! Our highest priced package for Couples is £1499 with no hidden costs along the way (unlike other online providers). We save you thousands on the cost of your Divorce.

  •  Just because we offer extremely competitive fixed fee Divorce Services, it does not mean we compromise on quality of customer service, legal knowledge and efficiency. Your Divorce Specialist at My Online Divorce will be working for you from the very start, right through to completion.

  • We have a strict policy at My Online Divorce that means where possible, all of your case work - from your first initial enquiry through to drafting Court papers to responding to your ex spouse or legal representative is actioned promptly (usually within 24 hours).

  • We are keen to minimise the stress and anxiety that the divorce process causes. We understand that this is an incredibly difficult time in your life. With that in mind, your Divorce Specialist will also give you a variety of different ways in which to reach them in an emergency or if you are feeling anxious or stressed by the process. Whilst we are not Therapists by any stretch, our Team are well accustomed in handling these situations and we are here to support you emotionally too. ​

Our standard level Couples Divorce Service is suited to those who:

 

  • Wish to Divorce amicably

  • Have no jointly held assets such as a home, joint bank accounts or other property and possessions

  • No children under the age of 16 years old.

This service includes the preparation, drafting and filing of your Divorce Application. Your personal Divorce Consultant will take care of all necessary Court correspondence for both of you and will ensure that all the required Court submissions are dealt with when due to ensure that your Divorce concludes as quickly as possible. 

​

This Fully Managed Divorce Service will save you up to £2,500 when compared to a local Divorce Solicitor. 

​

The total cost of Divorcing using this service? 

  • £599 for our work (instalment options are available). 

  • £593 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court once your application is made.

Couples Fully Managed
Divorce & Clean Break Order 
£999

This Fully Managed Divorce Service for Couples includes all of the features of our standard level service (see above package) but comes with the added security of a Clean Break Order which protects you both from any future financial claim being made against you by the other. 

​

A Clean Break Order is an important consideration as many believe that the finalisation of a Divorce severs all ties from the relationship. This is not the case and case law has shown that without a Clean Break Order being in place, should one party see a significant change in their financial position, a claim may be made against those finances by the other party to the marriage regardless of the time that has passed. 

​

We would always suggest that serious consideration be given to ensuring that a Clean Break Order is in place. 

​

This Fully Managed Divorce Service and Clean Break Order Service will save you up to £5,000 when compared to a local Divorce Solicitor. 

​

The total cost of Divorcing using this service? 

  • £999 for our work (instalment options are available). 

  • £593 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court once your application is made. 

  • £53 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court for your Clean Break Order Application.

Couples Fully Managed
Divorce & Consent Order

This service is for Couples who wish to:

​

  • Divorce amicably.

  • Do have jointly owned assets to the marriage such as the marital home, joint bank accounts or other property. 

​

Our Couples Fully Managed Divorce and Consent Order Service comes with all the features of our standard Fully Managed Divorce Service and also includes a Court approved Consent Order that deals with the formal separation of the marital assets. 

​

In addition to managing your Divorce, your personal Divorce Consultant will liaise with both of you to reach agreement in respect of any assets and prepare and draft an Order for the approval of the Court. 

​

This Fully Managed Divorce and Consent Order Service will save you up to £8,000 when compared to a local Divorce Solicitor. 

​

The total cost of Divorcing using this service? 

  • £1499 for our work (instalment options are available). 

  • £593 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court once your application is made. 

  • £53 Standard Court Fee payable directly to the Court for your Consent Order Application.
