We have an exclusive service available for High New Worth, Very High Net Worth & Ultra High Net Worth clients. We have an impeccable reputation in handling sensitive cases that need the upmost discretion and diligence.
High net worth (HNW), Very high net worth (VHMW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) divorces involve several considerations that a standard divorce does not. With assets of varying degrees, it is vitally important that you contact a Family Law firm with specialists in these divorces in order to protect your share of any settlement.
Our HNW, VHNW & UHNW clients are safe in the knowledge that we work quickly yet methodically to handle their Divorce to the highest of standards whilst saving them the added stress of the standard practice of escalating legal fees as we agree to a percentage fee dependent on assets plus an initial fixed fee to commence your case.

High Net Worth Divorce
High net-worth individuals, or HNWIs, are defined by their net worth and the liquidity of their assets. Generally, HNWIs have a net worth between:

£1 million and £5 million in liquid assets
At My Online Divorce, we have specialists in handling these client cases. We understand the additional factors involved and we work with the client directly or through their management team to ensure their divorce is as stress free and that costs are clear and agreed prior to your instruction of our services.
With high net worth clients, we charge a fixed fee of £8999 on appointment to proceed, plus a further 8% of any assets on completion of your settlement. This avoids unnecessary escalating hourly rates and allows our clients to be more in control of their finances during what is already a difficult time.

Very High Net Worth Divorce
Very high net-worth individuals, or VHNWIs, are defined by their net worth and the liquidity of their assets. Generally, VHNWIs have a net worth between:

£5 million and £30 million in liquid assets.
At My Online Divorce, we have specialists in handling these client cases. We understand the additional factors involved and we work with the client directly or through their management team to ensure their divorce is as stress free and that costs are clear and agreed prior to your instruction of our services.
With very high net worth clients, we charge a fixed fee of £12,999 on appointment to proceed, plus a further 5% of any assets on completion of your settlement. This avoids unnecessary escalating hourly rates and allows our clients to be more in control of their finances during what is already a difficult time.

Ultra High Net Worth Divorce
Ultra high net-worth individuals, or UHNWIs, are defined by their net worth and the liquidity of their assets. Generally, HNWIs have a net worth of:

£30 million or more in liquid assets.

We understand the additional factors involved and we work with the client directly or through their management team to ensure their divorce is as stress free and that costs are clear and agreed prior to your instruction of our services.
With high net worth clients, we charge a fixed fee of £18,999 on appointment to proceed, plus a further 3% of any assets on completion of your settlement. This avoids unnecessary escalating hourly rates and allows our clients to be more in control of their finances during what is already a difficult time.

Child Arrangements
Child Arrangements are be included at no additional cost to us for clients who fit the criteria above. Please note that this does not include any relevant Court fees or the appointment of Counsel to represent you at any
hearings.
